This car mat set is custom-molded for the 2018-Present Honda Brio (DD1) 2nd generation 5-door hatchback. The Brio entered its second generation in August 2018 at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show, built on an elongated version of the first-generation platform. Production is exclusive to Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) in Karawang, Indonesia: the sole global manufacturing site for the DD1 Brio: with exports to the Philippines and Vietnam commencing in 2019.
Following the discontinuation of Brio sales in India (2018) and Thailand (2020), the DD1 Brio is now an Indonesia-centric model with export-only distribution to the Philippines and Vietnam. In 2020, the Brio became Indonesia's best-selling passenger car, surpassing the Toyota Avanza for the first time: a milestone driven by its LCGC (Low Cost Green Car) pricing and strong domestic demand. All units are produced in RHT (Right-Hand Traffic) configuration only.
These car mats fit all 2nd Gen Brio trim levels sold in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam:
Satya S: base LCGC trim (1.2L, MT or CVT)
Satya E: mid LCGC trim (1.2L, MT or CVT)
RS: flagship sport trim, non-LCGC (1.2L, CVT only)
RS Urbanite: limited edition variant (2021-2023, discontinued in facelift)
All trims share identical floor pan geometry. The 2023 facelift (revised grille, optitron instrument cluster on RS) did not alter interior floor dimensions: one SKU covers the entire DD1 Brio production run through present.
This SKU supports two placement configurations:
Driver + Passenger Seats: Front and rear row floor mats (4-piece set)
Trunk: Rear cargo area mat: 258L trunk capacity (710L with rear seats folded)
RHT floor pan: The Brio is exclusively produced in right-hand traffic configuration. Driver-side floor mat contour mirrors the RHT pedal box layout. Buyers in LHT markets (e.g., Myanmar, some African nations) must confirm fitment before ordering.
The Honda Brio car mat set provides complete floor protection for the DD1 hatchback, from driver footwell to rear cargo area. Laser-scanned to OE floor pan data, each mat follows the Brio's compact cabin contours: including the driver-side dead pedal recess, center tunnel hump, and rear seat rail cutouts: for a drop-in fit without trimming.
Four material grades are available, selectable per buyer specification:
TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer): All-weather, odorless, flexible at low temperatures. Raised edge walls (3D tray design) contain spills and mud. Preferred for tropical markets with heavy rainfall.
Leather: PU leather surface with EVA interlayer and fabric/underfelt bottom. Luxury finish with stitched edge binding. Available in beige, black, or brown.
Classic Carpet: Needle-punch carpet surface with anti-slip nibbed backing. OE-grade appearance at aftermarket pricing. Black only.
Vinyl Loop Mat: Heavy-duty loop-pile vinyl, wear-resistant in high-traffic zones. Suited for fleet and ride-hail applications (e.g., Grab/Gojek driver vehicles).
3D laser-scanned mold: Captures original Brio DD1 floor pan contours within 1mm tolerance
Raised perimeter edge: Contains spills, mud, and debris within the mat tray: especially critical for tropical monsoon regions
Anti-slip backing: Nibbed or velcro-compatible underside prevents mat migration under pedal operation
Heel pad reinforcement: Embossed wear zone at driver heel contact point (replaceable as separate part when worn)
The Brio floor mat set is produced through a 9-stage quality-controlled process:

All DD1 Brio trims (Satya S, Satya E, RS, RS Urbanite) share identical floor pan stampings. The 2023 facelift introduced exterior styling updates and an optitron instrument cluster on RS, with no changes to interior floor geometry. One SKU covers the entire DD1 production span: 2018 through present model year.
Indonesia (domestic), Philippines, and Vietnam receive the same DD1 Brio manufactured in Karawang. Floor pan dimensions are identical across all export destinations. Buyers in non-RHT markets should note the driver-side mat is molded for right-hand pedal layout: not suitable for left-hand-drive conversions.
