4-nameplate interchangeability: All 4 models (bB, Coo, Materia, Dex) were manufactured at the same Daihatsu Ikeda Plant on the same QNC20 chassis. The only differences between nameplates are front grille design, brand badges, and trim materials. Door frame stamping, window channel profile, and exterior mounting surfaces are 100% shared.
FWD vs 4WD: The 4WD variant's rear driveshaft does not affect door frame geometry. Both FWD and 4WD models use identical door panels and window channels.
1.3L vs 1.5L engine: Engine displacement does not affect exterior body panels or door design. The Subaru Dex (1.3L only) uses the same door frame as the 1.5L bB Z.
