Full compatibility across all three powertrain configurations: 1.5T turbo (GW4B15C, 185 PS), 2.0T turbo (GW4C20A, 227 PS), and 1.5T HEV hybrid (179 kW combined). The hybrid variant's battery packaging (1.8 kWh Li-ion, located under the rear seat area) does not alter footwell dimensions — the same mat set fits all powertrains. The mats are also compatible with the Haval F7 2nd Generation (2024-Present, Russia) and Haval F7x coupe SUV (2025-Present, Russia), which share the identical L.E.M.O.N. platform floorpan.

2. Computer modeling & pattern making — Engineers create virtual models with material-specific allowances, enabling logo placement, pattern customization, and trim-level adaptations to buyer specifications.

3. Material cutting — Computer-guided cutting machinery trims TPE, EVA, leather, or carpet to precise vehicle-specific contours including pedal cutouts and seat rail clearances.

4. Heating & softening — Material is heat-conditioned to optimal pliability, preparing it for precise mold conformity during the pressing stage.

5. Placement into mold — Softened material is positioned into CNC-machined molds that replicate the Shenshou floorpan surface down to sub-millimeter accuracy.

6. Integral forming — Multi-layer compression (top surface + EVA interlayer + underfelt/backing) fuses into a single bonded piece under controlled heat and pressure.

7. Manual trimming — Skilled operators trim excess material along mold parting lines, achieving clean edges on all sides.

8. Manual edge wrapping & stitching — Edge banding is applied and stitched where specified (leather variants), with the EVA interlayer providing structural integrity and a cushioned underfoot feel.

Haval Shenshou / F7 Platform-Specific Design

The Shenshou's L.E.M.O.N. platform floorpan — shared with Haval H6 but with distinct footwell geometry due to the coupe-SUV roofline and dash-to-axle ratio — demands a mat set designed to its specific contours rather than a generic compact-SUV template. Our laser-scanned tooling captures the Shenshou's 2,800 mm wheelbase-spanning floor layout, including the elevated center tunnel (housing the 7-speed DCT or DHT transmission) and the rear passenger footwell that tapers toward the rear bench due to the sloping roofline.

The same mat set fits the Haval F7 2nd Gen (2024-Present, Russia Tula-produced) and F7x coupe (2025-Present), as both share the identical floorpan pressing. Note: the 1st-gen Haval F7 (2018-2024) uses a different platform and is not compatible with this mat set.

All-Weather Protection for Russian & Global Climates

Raised-edge containment design (10–15 mm lip height) traps water, mud, snow melt, salt, and road debris within the mat tray — critical for Russian winter driving where slush and calcium chloride de-icing agents are common road contaminants. TPE material remains flexible and non-brittle down to −40 °C, while the waterproof surface prevents liquid seepage into the Shenshou's carpeted footwell. The replaceable driver-side heel pad (embossed or stitched) extends the mat's service life: when worn, buyers can order a replacement pad rather than a full mat set. Important Compatibility Notes

• All Shenshou / F7 2nd Gen / F7x share the same floorpan. The 2024 Russia-built F7 2nd Generation and 2025 F7x coupe SUV use the identical L.E.M.O.N. platform floorpan pressing as the China-built Shenshou. One mat set fits all three nameplates across all production years and assembly locations (Tianjin, China; Tula, Russia).

• HEV hybrid floor compatibility confirmed. The 1.5T HEV variant's 1.8 kWh Li-ion battery pack is located under the rear seat — it does not alter front or rear footwell dimensions. The same mat set fits both ICE and hybrid versions without modification.

• 1st-gen Haval F7 (2018-2024) is NOT compatible. The previous-generation F7 sold in Russia and China uses a different platform with distinct floorpan geometry. Do not cross-fit these mats to 1st-gen F7 vehicles.

• F7x coupe (2025-Present) — compatibility confirmed. Despite the sloping roofline and revised rear styling, the F7x coupe shares the identical front footwell and rear passenger floor dimensions as the standard F7. The trunk area is identical in floor dimensions; the only difference is vertical cargo height due to the coupe roofline.

• China production ended 2025. Haval Shenshou was discontinued in the Chinese market in 2025 (final year sales: 49 units). However, Russian production continues at the Tula factory as the F7 2nd Generation, and aftermarket demand for Shenshou mats persists in China's existing vehicle parc (~11,700+ units from 2023 peak sales year).

• LHD only. Both Chinese-market Shenshou and Russian-market F7/F7x are left-hand-drive vehicles. The mat set is designed for LHD footwell geometry.

Installation & Maintenance

Installation — 6 Steps

1. Remove old mats. Take out any existing floor mats or carpet liners and vacuum the footwell to remove loose debris.

2. Position driver-side mat. Align the mat with the Shenshou's pedal box — the mat's molded contours should sit flush against the dead pedal (left footrest), accelerator pedal base, and brake pedal cutout. Ensure the mat does not overlap or obstruct pedal travel (minimum 10 mm clearance around all pedal edges).

3. Secure mounting clips. Insert the included OEM-style retaining clips into the Shenshou's factory floor anchor points (located at the front edge of each front footwell). Rotate clips 90° clockwise to lock.

4. Position passenger-side mat. Fit the front passenger mat, aligning with the footwell's outer contour and firewall angle. Clip into place using factory anchor points.

5. Position rear mats. Fit the rear passenger mats — the Shenshou's 2,800 mm wheelbase provides a generous rear footwell. Slide the mats under the front seat rails and align with the center tunnel hump. Some configurations include a one-piece rear bench mat covering the full width.

6. Fit trunk mat (optional). Place the trunk mat into the cargo area, aligning with the rear seatback angle and cargo tie-down points. The trunk mat covers the full flat load floor from the tailgate sill to the rear seatbacks.
